  • Complete range of press brakes from 835 mm and 40 tons up to 10 meters and 1100 tons.

  • Motorized back gauge with 2, 4 or 6 controlled axes (also in anthropomorphic ATF version).

Technical features:

  • This type of press brake applies the principle of electric hoists with series pulleys and traction with very high resistance belts.
  • The arrangement of several return pulleys along the length of the tool holder guarantees an almost deflection free central part even at maximum stress.
  • To guarantee maximum bending precision, GADE has developed the first electric press brake with “ACTIVE” hydraulic compensation and an energy saving control unit.
  • Other features which qualifies the GADE electrical press brake as flexible and high-performance includes its silent operation and the use of technologically advanced material in the linear guides, which does not need to be lubricated even over extended periods of work.
  • The high acceleration which is achieved with the electrical control of the press brake, allows for a significant reduction in the bending cycle for two specific reasons; the approach speed is carried out at the maximum descent speed and there is no stopping at the change of speed.
